They have definitely become my favorite road running shoes and I am going to use them to run this year´s Behobia in San Sebastián.

I am really impressed with their performance, as they give me comfort and speed in my training sessions and medium and long distance races.

The first thing that strikes me about these sneakers is their attractive and elegant design. I love the blur effect on the outside and its slim look. They don´t look bulky or wide, which is great.

The Deviate Nitro 2 sole provides exceptional grip, especially on asphalt surfaces. Even when the terrain is wet, I feel safe and confident in the traction they offer. While they may not be as suitable for dirt terrain, they have not disappointed me at all. In addition, the sole is soft and comfortable when landing on the foot, which provides excellent cushioning and reduces the impact on my ankles and knees.

The upper of these shoes is extremely comfortable. The part that supports the ankle is padded in a way that prevents chafing or discomfort, even over longer distances. The upper material allows good ventilation, which is really important to me. It keeps my foot cool and dry even during intense training, preventing excessive sweat buildup and providing a feeling of comfort throughout the race.

I recommend the Puma Deviate Nitro 2 especially for medium and long distances, and even for marathons. They´re so light that they help me reach higher speeds, and their responsiveness makes them a great choice for workouts that include hills, pace changes, and sets. They are also perfect for racing.

In conclusion, they are very light and comfortable shoes for distance races between 10 km and 40 km. I have used them in my training and I am sure that I will also use them for this year´s Behobia.
